TOURISM TOP HONOURS FOR ADELS GROVE

The prestigious 2015 Outback Queensland Tourism Awards were hosted in Barcaldine on Saturday night and the North West’s very own Adels Grove went home two time winners, taking out the ‘Hosted Accommodation’ and ‘Tour and or Transport Operators’ awards. Recognising excellence in and the advocacy of tourism in Outback Queensland, Adels Grove part owners Michelle and Rod Low Mow attended the gala evening amongst hundreds of other industry representatives.

ADELS GROVE RECOGNISED AS QUEENSLAND’S PREMIER HOSTED ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER

Smiles for days’ are on the faces of Adels Grove co-owners Michelle and Rod Low Mow, Gary Murray and Alan Mathieson, having taken out Queensland’s highest tourism industry accolade Friday evening; a Gold for the Hosted Accommodation category at the 2015 Queensland Tourism Industry Council Awards. Hosted at Brisbane’s Convention and Exhibition Centre, Adels Grove were pitted against some stiff competition including the Gold Coast Hinterlands Pethers Rainforest Retreat, who took out the categories Silver award and Nightfall Wilderness Camp situated at Lamington National Park who took home the Bronze. Renowned as the Queensland tourism industries night of nights Adels Grove on-site Manager and Co-owner Michelle Low Mow spoke of her shock and excitement on receiving the award. “It’s extremely humbling to be recognised as Queensland Tourisms premier hosted accommodation provider in 2015.”
